Policies are subject to change without notice. If you have questions about pricing, we encourage all our guests to ask their stylist for a price quote prior to your service. An in-salon consultation is required to give you an accurate quote, specific to your hair. All pricing is based on a variety of factors, including time, product used, and amount of hair. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your hair.
If you are not fully satisfied with any service performed, please let us know and we will find a resolution to the best of our ability. We ask that you call us within 7 days of your original appointment if you are not happy with the service performed. It is our company policy that we do not refund money for services rendered. Please do not hesitate to let us know you would like to try a new stylist, as we encourage you to explore all of our team’s creative abilities.
Appointments/Cancellations: ASUKISQ Hair Salon requires 48 hour notice to change, reschedule, or cancel an appointment.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. this will allow you time to unwind, enjoy a beverage, preview a possible new look, or catch up on the latest gossip in your favorite magazine.
Late Arrival: To ensure the promptness of all appointments we reserve the right to reschedule any appointments that are 10 minutes late or later to another convenient time. Also your service may be modified so that the next client is not inconvenienced.
